The firm is led by Owner and Principal Engineer Ken Bull, P.E., a U.S. registered Professional Civil Engineer who has worked professionally in Japan since 2002. With a Master’s degree from the University of the Ryukyus and full bilingual capabilities, Mr. Bull anchors GDI’s operations in deep local expertise and technical precision. This unique leadership allows GDI to effectively navigate cultural and technical barriers, delivering seamless Special Inspections, geotechnical quality control, and engineering consulting that meets the highest international standards.
